Villa Eterna Vir

The lighthouse Villa Eterna was built in 1881 in the southwestern part of the island of Vir during the Austro-Hungarian and the official monument. The lighthouse is a stone building that is situated in a secluded pine forest. The facility is located along the very attractive sandy and rocky beach suitable for children and a private dock. Villa Eterna is categorized as a holiday home with 5 stars and it can accommodate max. 8 people. Interior and exterior were completely renovated in 2012 and decorated in a combination of traditional and modern Mediterranean style with luxurious wooden furniture and leather seating. It consists of two floors of which the total size of 180m². On the top floor there are four bedrooms (two large rooms are 21m², third room 17 m² and a fourth room 14m²). Each room is equipped with a satellite LCD TV, double bed and bathroom (bath / WC) and two larger rooms have a balcony sea view.

The ground floor has kitchen equipped with filter coffee machines and espresso machine, microwave, kettle, large fridge with freezer, stove with electrical and gas, oven and dishwasher. Furthermore, there is a dining room with a mini-bar and a small wine cellar, a handy bathroom (sink and washing machine and dryer) and a large living room with satellite LCD TV size 130 cm² and access wi-fi access. All areas and rooms in the house are air-conditioned. Safe deposit box is also available. Behind the building there is an outdoor grill.
