Zagreb. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Fuel is not included in price.
Should the charter of the booked vessel be cancelled by clients, more than 72 hours prior to reservation date, the whole amount is refundable. 100% of the price is charged in case a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the reservation date.
Adriatic Explore reserves the right to change or cancel the reservation under unforeseen circumstances or owing to circumstances beyond our control. If replacement cannot be found, Adriatic Explore reserves the right to cancel reservation. Deposit paid in advance will be returned.
The whole amount is refundable if weather conditions are unsuitable on the day of the booking and the reservation cannot be postponed on another day.
Date changes to your booking are only acceptable if the vessel is available on the required date.

Any complaint about your tour should be made immediately to the tour director.
All refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of the completion of the tour.
