Modern Villa Mlini with a pool is situated by Mlini Bay, only 10 minutes’ drive from the town of Dubrovnik. The villa is 100 m from the pebble beach and the sea, and is in the center of the tourist town of Mlini.
 
Mlini got its name by the numerous water sources where the mills were built. The countryside peace of this colorful place was always something that the people of Dubrovnik cherished because Mlini is the perfect place for a vacation and recreation. Mlini is also well-known for its beautiful pebble beaches and walking routes through the forest of pine trees.
 
Villa  has 4 floors: ground floor, first floor, second floor and attic. The villa consists of 3 apartments: Brnistra Apartment and Lavanda Apartment, as well as the main apartment Maslina.
 
Villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and it is suitable accommodation for 10+2 people.
 
The most exciting part of this property is the stone fenced terrace with a 20 m² pool and jacuzzi, equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs. It offers a beautiful view of the calming Mediterranean vegetation, which surrounds the villa and the terrace. Close to the pool, there is an outside grill, which will offer you the chance to taste traditional Dalmatian cuisine while enjoying the best wines of region at the same time. This terrace has everything you need for a complete relaxing vacation far away from the bustle of city crowds.
 
A few steps down is the ground floor of the villa with a covered terrace equipped with sitting furniture and surrounded by aromatic Mediterranean greenery. From this charming terrace, you have a view of the park, which is an ideal place for relaxing and having a morning coffee. From this terrace, there is an entrance to two studio apartments, Brnistra  Apartment and Lavanda  Apartment. Each apartment is suitable for accommodating two people and each has its own entrance.
 
Brnistra  Apartment consists of a modern room with a double bed, closet, TV and a bathroom with a tub. The apartment is also equipped with its own small kitchen with a dining table and chairs.
 
Lavanda  Apartment is designed similarly to the Brnistra  Apartment. It is a comfortable room with a double bed, closest, TV and a bathroom with a tub, which will ensure private moments and give you a chance to rejuvenate yourself.
 
Just a few steps up from the ground floor terrace is the first floor of the villa. Here, you will find the main entrance to the beautiful Villa  and the main entrance to the Apartment Maslina. The first floor of the villa is created as a space for entertainment with your loved ones while enjoying the best Dalmatian delicacies. This area consists of a dining room with a table and chairs for 10 people and a fully equipped, beautifully styled kitchen. Next to the dining room, there is a sun-drenched living room with sitting furniture and a TV. From the living room, a glass wall door leads to the terrace with sitting furniture and a wonderful view of the green surroundings, which makes it a perfect place for enjoying the silence of warm summer nights. On this floor, there is also a guest toilet with a washing machine. The first floor, second floor and attic are connected with the internal stairs.
 
The second floor is created as a sleeping oasis with two bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a large terrace with a view of the sea and the park will let you forget your everyday stresses. The second bedroom has two single beds, en suite bathroom with a tub and a pullout couch for 2 people.
 
In the quaint attic of the villa, there is a third bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). From the small, but lovely balcony, you have a view of the terrace with the pool. The attic also has a modern bathroom with a shower and there is a separate toilet.
 
Villa is fully air-conditioned. The villa is equipped with satellite TV, Internet access, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. The villa has 2 parking spaces.
